Martin has found a gap in the contact centre space with this podcast and is not afraid to cover any topic that is vital and also relevant to our industry. He is a great interviewer who puts everyone at ease and the conversations flows naturally. Well done
Uniquely entertaining
Martinâs natural ability to get people talking makes this the ONLY work related podcast I bother with. Providing tips, insight, back stories and a huge variety of perspectives across our industry. If you work in ANY capacity in the contact centre industry, itâs a must listen.
