I have worked in our industry for over 25 years 💾  I started on the phones ☎️ and have worked all round the world in contact centres - I love the vibe, the energy , the diversity and the people in our industry doing there best in an industry that has a poor external perception. 📰

I started the podcast in May 2019 simply because I love our industry, love listening to podcasts and wanted to share the conversations I was having in real life with some great people in our industry.

Now there are over 80 episodes to listen to featuring so many interesting people from our industry covering lots of different topics.
