To celebrate hitting this milestone I asked for lots of you awesome people to come and say hi !
Thanks for always supporting me - whilst I do it on my own, I really don't x
Heres to the next 200 and more amazing people and stories about our great industry.
[00:00:00] And welcome to another episode of Get Out of Wrap, and this is a big one. It is the 200th
[00:00:08] And it's hard to believe we have done 200, started 5, 5 years ago now with no real plan.
[00:00:18] Certainly no thoughts around our get to 200 and I've put a call out arm linked in
[00:00:25] you ask people to watch that video or a voice message to join in this celebration and
[00:00:33] that's what I'm going to share with you now. It was humbling actually to get so many,
[00:00:39] it's testament to the fact that this is definitely a community of people who have shared
[00:00:45] so much and helped so many other people in our brilliant industry. I did worry whether
[00:00:52] this might be a bit self-indulgent but I don't want to leave anyone out. So without further ado,
[00:01:00] let's start hearing some of the messages from the amazing people who responded and it goes without
[00:01:06] saying I can't thank you enough for contributing to what is a very special episode. Thank you much love.
[00:01:15] Hey Mr. T'sdale, 200 episodes. That's incredible and that's a huge amount of hours.
[00:01:25] Well I know you're absolutely enjoying every single second. Congratulations and thank you for
[00:01:31] everything you do to support the contact centre industry. What you do to the team lead community is
[00:01:37] brilliant and is totally aligned to everything we do here at the CCMA. Simply trying to help
[00:01:44] those working in contact centre to be the best that they can be. He doing what you're doing
[00:01:48] and I'll see you soon. Artic, congratulations on achieving 200 episodes of Get Out of Right.
[00:01:57] Start to believe all those years ago when you first mentioned to me your idea about setting
[00:02:00] up the first contact centre task. Here you are 200 episodes later having achieved so much.
[00:02:07] You've done in Shani a new positive light on the contact centre industry bringing together
[00:02:12] industries but to share their knowledge and experience that sparked much needed conversation and
[00:02:18] debate within the industry. As we know the contact centre is a great place to work either as a
[00:02:23] long-term career or a solid foundation in our areas of business and the way you're highlighting it
[00:02:29] has been long overdue. Congratulations again Martin and I like many others look forward to the next
[00:02:36] episodes. Hi my name is Sondratomsson and I am the founding director of EI Evolution.
[00:02:44] Congratulations Martin and to everyone who has been featured on your podcast honestly 200
[00:02:51] that's fantastic. So what did I get out of it? I think the response is that we had to the first one
[00:02:58] and the reason why you've invited me back for the second, it seemed that people took real value
[00:03:04] out of the different examples, the practical advice, the tips that we offered up. And so I'm really
[00:03:11] grateful to for including me and here's to the next 200. Don't worry I'm not going to sing
[00:03:18] it's Helen from BVA Quality and I just wanted to stop by and say an absolutely
[00:03:23] eight month who's so congratulations to you Martin and to Mr Teasdale for a incredible 200 episodes
[00:03:32] of Get Out of Rack so I've been with you for the beginning. I will always be there cheerleading
[00:03:36] and it's because you're actually creating something special for our industry so thank you
[00:03:42] congratulations well done and I look forward to episode 300 before too long take care bye
[00:03:50] Martin I just wanted to say huge congratulations on the 200th episode. I think this is an amazing
[00:03:55] testament to your creativity and hard work over the years to take the idea and produce
[00:04:00] something where there was clearly a gap and demand for this sort of podcast. It was a real pleasure
[00:04:05] to become an agaster the pod and getting to know you and reflecting on my own journey within our
[00:04:09] great industry through from advisor to team leader to double your fan planning and to be fair
[00:04:15] when I was an advisor my manager would often tell me to get out of Rack. This is a message from
[00:04:21] Westminster City Council. It's nice to see you all. I'm so proud of that.
[00:04:28] I'm Martin it's Simon from Love All of these here. Just one of his senior quick
[00:04:32] video to congratulate you on your 200 shows and it's something that's been kicking around the
[00:04:37] industry for over 20 years and following you for not quite that long. I can honestly say that
[00:04:44] the value you bring to the industry never mind the thousands of people that you've helped and
[00:04:48] supported along the way and I include myself in that is nothing short of phenomenal so he has
[00:04:55] never made another 200. It's an amazing achievement by an equally amazing human all the best
[00:05:01] mate. And I made just one second, Rack's all 200 episodes also to see fine care was a real
[00:05:08] life-strugging changer for me. I'm really pleased with the opportunity. I'm really grateful
[00:05:13] for our conversation in a real difference to my career all in all speaking to you and like a brother
[00:05:19] from another member and that's really grateful for all you do for the industry so keep on tracking
[00:05:24] like a mad in the catch sea. So yeah, it turns out what it means for me to 200 episodes in
[00:05:29] what's out five years that's a long time of quite a few together I'm sure a little bit more
[00:05:36] it's similar to quality. I think that's that's the thing that you get some fantastic
[00:05:40] name done there. You know we're really talking about really matters not just to the industry but
[00:05:46] the general. There's only you and Joe Rogan listen to our cast regularly. The person I say
[00:05:55] but it's the one we did about mental health a few years back and a number of people who
[00:05:59] have mentioned that to me and that actually it's helped them in some way so I can't really ask
[00:06:05] about that kind yet. In terms of we've seen all of those five years as well right but the industry
[00:06:10] has changed massively. It's all about the AI now which is an essay we've been doing.
[00:06:18] So I think we've seen plenty of change we've seen a lot more analytics and insight we've seen
[00:06:24] a lot more people I guess looking at quality from the perspective of well you can apply it to just
[00:06:29] about anything you know which is great from my perspective you know gone in many respects of the
[00:06:36] where people just thought quality was about looking at the interactions that a business
[00:06:43] had with his customers and it's more about you know being able to kind of build trust and
[00:06:49] reduce confusion and just about everything that a business does in terms of improving its
[00:06:54] these outcomes and driving is target operating models to help you know about things. There's two
[00:07:00] minutes. I've probably wanted like 30 seconds to make up you know deal with it.
[00:07:30] I just wanted to say massive congratulations to MT Mr. T, Matty Boy the T's my step
[00:07:37] forgetting to 200 episodes of the Gallerup podcast. It's been absolutely fantastic for me.
[00:07:45] I've been against numerous times normally when you have not found any one better lined up
[00:07:50] so you decide to call on me to come and fill some time with us and I've enjoyed everyone of
[00:07:56] me. I'm Blinis in it's something that I look forward to every week especially learning about how
[00:08:02] the people are going about making sure we are raised and stunned in this fantastic industry of ours.
[00:08:08] So keep up the great work make look forward to the next 200 and I 100% will be seeing you soon.
[00:08:15] Take care, buddy. Love you, Malay. I'm Martin. It's Michael Sherwood here from
[00:08:20] the South and Bank with a quick message to which you used congratulations on the 200th episode of
[00:08:28] Get Out of Rap. I was privileged enough to be one of your guests at some of the third get out
[00:08:33] of the rack sessions for a few years ago now and I just wanted to pass on my thanks for bringing
[00:08:41] a contact center industry to the fore for shouting out the most important people that work in
[00:08:48] contact center industry the agents, the leaders and the team leaders that people
[00:08:53] behind the brilliant customer service that we provide in the UK. So fabulous achievement to get
[00:09:00] to 200 he used to the next 200 and thanks again to you, you'll go and all the team. Congratulations.
[00:09:10] Hey Martin, so did you know that Beatles released 194 original socks?
[00:09:16] Wayne Rune got a hundred and twenty-fought England. Away sis released 137 song and the 18 produced
[00:09:26] 90 eggs. Their empire on the world had been tremendous, used loads more than all of them so
[00:09:36] congratulations on your 200 episode, Martin. Your idea, your tenacity to unite an industry has been
[00:09:44] amazing and incredible. I've learnt an awful knock from get out of rap. Congratulations on your 200

[00:13:04] however long ago it was, it seems like ages are going now. For me, it was fantastic to join you on
[00:13:11] your journey. But actually, let's be honest, it was more fantastic to rekindle a friendship
[00:13:16] after all those years. And the trips down memory light as one of our conversations
[00:13:21] about the challenges of the contact sensor environment where we're just as much from as
[00:13:28] anything else we could have covered. So Nick, here's to the next 200 I go for it mate.
[00:13:36] Hi there, Erica here from Quantum Rise, just wanted to say a quick congratulations to Martin
[00:13:42] and get out of rep coming up to 200 episodes and what a journey you've had. It was a real honour

[00:14:10] on get out of rep being 200. Wow, one achievement. And just wanted to say a few words about
[00:14:17] what get out of rep means to me. I was lucky enough to be a guest on get out of rep and it's an amazing
[00:14:24] podcast. I started listening to it, I stumbled on it. I'm a way to work. Looking for a podcast,
[00:14:32] the Good Talker contact center is talk about the trade I mean, what I could learn maybe who could
[00:14:36] learn from and help kind of expand my network. I left the comment on on Apple reviews but I
[00:14:43] thought the podcast was I had a go back and I listened to it from the start and you reached out
[00:14:48] in your ass who it was, they left that comment. I said it was me and an hour of a relationship
[00:14:52] grew from there. We'd been with friends now ever since and the podcast is just a place that you can
[00:15:01] kind of listen to learn from understand other people in the contact center industry but also kind
[00:15:08] of not just about the industry itself, what's going on. What's new, what's changing, keeping up
[00:15:13] today but about individuals and I love the fact that you can learn about people and what their
[00:15:19] experience is where and how they started their careers and where the decrees go and not just from
[00:15:26] people like yourself who started taking telephone calls as a customer service advisor and then
[00:15:30] grew and kind of went into to operations but people that can start in a contact center and end up
[00:15:38] marketing or end up being heads of kind of awards ceremonies or people who are now doing kind of
[00:15:46] sail through service roles or you know it didn't take and it's just such an amazing space with some
[00:15:52] amazing people and obviously you do such a great job of getting such great stories and really
[00:15:58] getting people to to open up on the podcast. It's just one of the best things that I know it's a
[00:16:08] you know from traveling anywhere if I'm walking the dog, you know the podcast is on, having a listen
[00:16:13] and I'm learning, I'm coming back into work to you know what that idea that the the mask is just
[00:16:18] had I'm going to see if I could work for me and I'm going to give that a go. It's just such a lovely
[00:16:23] space and it's such a great podcast to listen to just want to thank you very much for doing it,
[00:16:28] best of luck he's to the next two hundred's have a good one take care.

[00:16:44] experts that come on they talk about their industry the educate people who don't quite understand
[00:16:49] what we're doing how we are. It's just a fantastic podcast to thank you. The next 200 that

[00:17:28] stand for which is add value in everything that you do and I think my contributions to get out of
[00:17:36] rat haven't been invited on to the show a couple of times he's absolutely all about that adding value
[00:17:42] at every possible moment and really helping to support the contact center industry that we know
[00:17:48] and all the people that come part of that from the front line agents to team leaders to those senior
[00:17:56] that might be struggling to balance everything that the contact center industry throws at
